Timmins Bookkeeping was created to offer something more straightforward. Clear pricing, direct communication, and practical support that helps business owners stay on top of their records before tax time, GST/HST deadlines, payroll issues, or year-end surprises become a problem.

Why I Started Timmins Bookkeeping

Timmins Bookkeeping started after seeing how often small business owners struggle with the same problem: the work gets done, the business keeps moving, but the books fall behind.

Sometimes the records are incomplete. Sometimes the bank feeds are messy. Sometimes GST/HST is due and the numbers are not ready. Sometimes the owner simply does not know what shape the books are really in.

I started Timmins Bookkeeping to build a better process around that.

The goal is not to overcomplicate things or make bookkeeping feel intimidating. The goal is to bring structure to the file, explain what matters, and give business owners a clearer picture of where things stand.

Timmins Bookkeeping was founded by Eric Belec, whose background includes a Bachelor’s in Finance, an Accounting diploma with honours, successful completion of CFA Level I, and practical experience working with tax clients, business records, and bookkeeping systems.

That combination of education and hands-on client experience helped shape the kind of business Timmins Bookkeeping was built to be: organized, practical, and client-focused.
