Services & Pricing
Straightforward bookkeeping pricing with no surprise structure.
Most services use a simple pricing model: a base fee for the responsibility of the service, plus hourly time for the work actually required. Before work begins, we confirm the service type, expected scope, and any minimum charge that applies.
How Pricing Works
Base Fee
Covers the responsibility of the service, recurring workflow, file monitoring, deadlines, and administration.
Hourly Time
Covers the actual work required, including reconciliations, review, reporting, corrections, communication, and filing support.
Minimum Charges
Some services have minimum invoices or minimum time charges so the scope is clear before work begins.
Service Pricing
Choose the service that best matches your situation. If you are not sure where your file fits, submit an inquiry and we will recommend the right starting point before work begins.
